What I Learned Today in Maya

I learned to use the append to polygon tool in order to make an shield for my helmet. I went to the menu bar and to edit mesh and clicked append to polygon tool and then click the area I needed in ordered to make the shield. The other thing I did was split polygon tool in order to make 4 sections for my shield. I went to the menu bar and to edit mesh and clicked split polygon and selected the area I wanted split so my shield ad four sections.
